We focus on three systems so we can know them deeply. We start from Odoo because it fits most Aruban companies on price and scope. When another system fits better, we say so.

Odoo Our default

For shops, restaurants, distributors and service companies of about 3 to 150 people.

Strengths: Every app in one licence, a fast point of sale for retail and hospitality, inventory, webshop, accounting and helpdesk that share one database.
Licence: Per user per month, paid to Odoo. One app is free. The Custom plan adds Studio, custom modules and integrations; most of our clients need it.
Watch out for: Prices vary by region and rise at renewal, so we include them in your five-year cost.

ERPNext

For companies that want no licence fees, full ownership, or workflows that standard packages cannot handle.

Strengths: Fully open source, with accounting, stock, manufacturing, projects and HR. Every screen and field can be adapted without touching the core.
Licence: None. You pay for hosting and for our work, nothing per user.
Watch out for: A smaller ecosystem of ready-made apps, and a simpler point of sale than Odoo for busy restaurants.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

For companies that already work in Microsoft 365 and need strong finance and multi-company reporting.

Strengths: Deep finance, works closely with Excel, Outlook, Teams and Power BI, and includes Microsoft’s Copilot.
Licence: Per user per month through a Microsoft partner. Higher than Odoo, with fewer apps included.
Watch out for: No Aruba version, so tax and reporting are configured by hand. We have done that work for you.
