Built for Aruba
An ERP made in Belgium, the US or Denmark does not know how business works on our island. We teach it.
What we set up for you
These are part of every implementation, not extras.
- Turnover tax
- BBO 2.5%, BAVP 1.5% and BAZV 3%, together 7%. Domestic invoices show tax-inclusive prices, and a monthly report supports your return.
- Currencies
- Florin (AWG) as company currency, with US dollars and euros for tourists, suppliers and bank accounts.
- Imports
- Freight, duties and import tax added to the cost price of your stock, so your margins are real.
- Payments
- Card terminals, local bank statement imports and local online payment providers where a connection exists.
- Languages
- Screens and documents in English, Dutch and Spanish, and training in Papiamento too.
Sectors we know
Hospitality and food
Restaurant point of sale with kitchen screens, split bills in florins and dollars, and stock that follows every recipe.
Retail
Several shops on one stock, barcode scanning, loyalty and a webshop that shows what is really on the shelf.
Distribution and import
Container costs spread over products, purchase planning with long lead times, and delivery routes on the island.
Services
Projects, timesheets and recurring invoices, with a customer portal for quotes and payments.
Tax figures are a summary, not tax advice. We work with your accountant to confirm the setup for your company. More detail is in the wiki article on turnover tax.
Ready when you are
We meet at your office anywhere on the island, or online.
